What I found (checked 3 November 2026)
- Ricky Casino’s terms name Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica (reg. 3-102-893958), and Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002.
- Most review sites still name Dama N.V. and a Curaçao licence; I could not confirm a transfer.
- I found no primary source listing other Novatrix SRL brands, so I do not publish a sister-site list.
- Aerobet, Winberry and MateSlots are each run by a different company.
Ricky Casino’s own terms and conditions name Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rica company with registration number 3-102-893958, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence 0000002. That is the primary source, and it is what I go by.
Most review and affiliate sites, though, still describe Ricky Casino as a Dama N.V. brand with a Curaçao licence, without a licence number. The difference may be a change of operator over time. I have no primary source that confirms when or whether that happened, so I show both.
I do not publish a list of Ricky Casino sister sites, because I could not confirm one. Lists on other sites are built from the old Dama N.V. link, and Dama N.V. runs many brands; if Ricky Casino has moved to Novatrix SRL, those brands are no longer its sister sites. When a primary source names other Novatrix SRL brands, I will add them here with the date.
In practice: if a page lists ten “Ricky Casino sister sites” without naming the company and licence for each, treat the list as marketing.
Self-exclusion at an offshore casino usually covers that casino, sometimes the operator’s other brands, and nothing beyond. BetStop, Australia’s national register, covers licensed Australian wagering only. Aerobet, Winberry and MateSlots compared with Ricky Casino on bonus, limits and owner.
Two operator names, the ACMA block, limits, complaints and ratings, with sources.
Euro terms against AUD accounts: pokies, caps and verification.
Ricky Casino’s own terms name Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rica company with registration 3-102-893958, under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002. I read them on 3 November 2026. Most review sites still name Dama N.V. of Curaçao.
I could not confirm any from a primary source. Review sites link Ricky Casino to the Dama N.V. group, but its current terms name Novatrix SRL, and I found no published list of other Novatrix brands.
Not according to Ricky Casino’s current terms, which name Novatrix SRL. The change may be a transfer of the brand, but I have no primary source that says so, so I show both names.
No. Aerobet is run by Hazy Ltd, Winberry by 3-102-937610 SRL and MateSlots by Stable Tech N.V. None of them is Novatrix SRL or Dama N.V.
Only within the same operator, if at all. Offshore self-exclusion is per casino or per operator. BetStop covers licensed Australian wagering only, not offshore casinos.
Read the footer and the terms, then search the regulator’s register. The terms should name the company, registration number and licence number; the regulator’s register should list the same company and the casino’s domain.
Not that I could find. Both are linked to Costa Rica companies, but the registration numbers differ: 3-102-937610 for Winberry and 3-102-893958 for Novatrix SRL.
A sister site shares the same payments team, rules and complaints process. If you are leaving because of how withdrawals were handled, a casino run by a different company is the cleaner switch.
Editor and casino researcher, Ricky Casino Alternatives
I am Todd Latemore, editor of Ricky Casino Alternatives. I compare Ricky Casino with offshore casinos that Australians look at instead, using only what a reader can check: the company and licence behind each brand, the bonus terms as written, payment methods, withdrawal caps converted to A$, and what review sites and players report. I date every figure, keep conflicting sources side by side and re-read the terms each month. I do not deposit or play for these guides, and affiliate links never change a verdict. My reviewer profile is on Trustpilot.
If Ricky Casino is not an option for you, Aerobet is where I would start.
